Homecomings and the Holidays

My cute little brother, Cam, returned home from his mission in Argentina a week before Thanksgiving.  It was the perfect excuse to get up to Utah a little earlier to see him and spend extra time with my family.  I was hoping we'd get some snow while there because the chances of getting snow in Vegas are slim to none.  Utah came through for us!  Cam did an awesome job giving his homecoming talk.  He has grown so much, but is still the same goofy kid.  I love it!  For Thanksgiving Day we went up to my brother in laws cabin in Sundance.  We went sledding, played murderer in the dark for hours, watched movies, drank lots of hot chocolate, and had a delicious Thanksgiving meal.  All in all it was a fabulous week with lots of memories made.

Kev and some of my siblings went spelunking in a huge cave in Hinckley, Utah.  I had to stay back with the kids.  Mom duties.

Climbing down into the depths of the earth.

Thanksgiving up at the cabin.  Don't mind Carters pink coat that is way too big.  We didn't realize he'd grown out of his coat.

Little Hayden loved throwing snowballs at me.

Carter loved sledding with his uncles and aunts.

When we got back to Grammy Tammy and Grandpa Kipp's house Carter loved helping grandpa grind some wheat.  He even got to bring a bag home.

This picture epitomizes life at Grammy's house.  Candy, candy, and more candy.  That's all the kids eat.  Even McKay has a candy bar in his hand.

Carter and Hayden love mowing with uncle Jace.  He's such a good sport.
