Paigey Waigey

Our little Paigey Waigey turned 1 on February 17th.  Looking back it has gone by so quickly and so slowly at the same time.  Paige has definitely been the most needy baby of my 4 kids.  We had a couple months where she had to be held all...of...the...time.  Holy smokes was it frustrating.  At church I always had to be standing, bouncing, walking around.  It made for a long 3 hours.  She cried SO much.  I was definitely not used to it because my 3 other kids were very normal babies, not perfect by any means, but definitely not this crazy!
However, we made it through those difficult months and now Paige is the sweetest little peach.  Looking back it has been a good reminder to me that with kids almost every thing is a phase.  The good things may just be a phase, so soak it in and enjoy it.  The bad things may just be a phase, so push through it and be tough.
Paige starting walking almost exactly on her 1 year birthday.  For the first little while she walked around with the posture of a little t-rex.  She loves milk bottles and is a great eater.  She sleeps from 7pm-7am.  She is starting to get a little attitude and screeches at her siblings if they bother her.  She is a big time mommas girl and doesn't ever want anyone else to hold her.  She has no fear when it comes to climbing up stairs, going down park slides, "jumping" on the tramp, standing up in the stroller, climbing on the dinner table.  She definitely keeps me on my toes.  We sure do love our Paigey Waigey.

Paige got a cookie sample at Sam's Club and enjoyed it a little too much.

She also loves soothing stroller rides with big bro.
Just getting ready in the morning with mommy.

If I ever leave the dishwasher open I can be sure to find this girl stand on the door "unloading" all the dishes for me.

On Paige's birthday weekend we did a camping trip up to the Valley of Fire.

Just snuggling up by the fire.  We love you Paige.
