Spring Happenings

Live has been pretty busy around here the past couple of months.  For Kevin's residency he has to do a three month rotation in Orange County.  He left the 1st of April and will be gone until the 1st of July.  It has been quite the experience being a single mom with 4 little kids.  Fortunately Kevin tries to come home on any weekends he has off.  To keep our sanity we have been trying to stay busy.  Between soccer games, karate, school programs, swimming, and snuggling, we've been making the most of the spring season.

Before all the winter snow melted we got one last spring ski in.  Carter and Hayden have been getting so much better at skiing.  It's fun to watch them learn something new.

Hailey and Hayden doing some roller skating together.

We went to a neighborhood pirate party.

Carters soccer team, the Blue Dragons, was so awesome this year.  Carter loves playing on a team with all his buddies.

Nothing more exciting then ice cream cones to cool off on a hot day.

We loved having my dad, Grandpa Kipp, come visit.  The kids were constantly, jumping on him, snuggling him, and wrestling him.  If there is anyone that can handle a bunch of rowdy kids it's this guy.

We were assigned to clean our church building and the kids thought it was super fun.  I wish they had that much fun cleaning our house.

You can never start too young teaching your kids how to drive safely.

It's always a good time going to Home Depot for their Saturday Kids Workshops.

It's not even summer yet and we've already been to the pool more times then I can count.  These kids are little fish that love to swim.

Carter earned his blue belt last month.  We are so proud of how hard he works in karate.

And my favorite activity of all is getting in any snuggles I can with my little munchkins.

Bring on the hot, hot summer!
