Never a Dull Moment

Kids are the best.  Everything that comes out of their mouth is so sweet, bizarre, random, and honest.  I love watching them take in the world and ask a million questions about everything.  Yesterday Carter asked me, "Mom, does Jesus visit people who live on other earths?"  What made his little mind wonder that is beyond me.  It's so fun watching him, Hayden, and even Mckay learn about all the big, and little things in life.  McKay loves watching everything Carter and Hayden are doing.  I have to constantly remind them not to fight or yell at each other because, little McKay is watching and learning from them.  I wish I could say that always worked and that we always have a peaceful, loving home, but that's just not true. haha.  Life is so much fun with kids and there's certainly never a dull moment.

A little snuggle sesh.

McKay perfecting his downward dog pose.

Carter started karate and LOVES it!

Don't mess with him.

These two love playing doctors together. Those star glasses are underneath their goggles.  Double the protection.

Uncle Jace had a soccer tournament in Vegas so we got to go cheer him on.

Best buds.....sometimes.

A little science experiment about mixing colors.

Carter loves the joy school (preschool) he's in.  He got to dress up for cowboy day.

One day they made dino hats.

And another day they were paleontologists digging for dinosaurs.

I love when Hayden wakes up in the morning.  I walk into her room and the first thing she always says is, "hi mom, I missed you!" She also always has the craziest hair.  This picture just doesn't do it justice.  Fuzzy wuzzy!

As much as I love the crazy, chaotic moments in life, it's nice when they just sit down and read a book together.  It gives me a chance to take a little breath.
