I love Halloween! Even though I really dislike the fact that so many people use it as an excuse to dress.......well nasty. It's super fun dressing up, carving pumpkins, decorating your house spooky, and of course, trick or treating with the kids.
Carter understood Halloween a little better this year. He enjoyed the games more, liked carving a pumpkin with daddy, and getting candy.......LOTS OF CANDY!!!!!!!!! Poor Kev had to miss out on lots of the fun. He was off at an interview for a medical school residency. We're grateful for how hard he works though.
Here's a look at our Halloween weekend.
While we were at gma/pa Sagers house we threw a Halloween party for all the grandkids. They had fun making some Halloween sugar cookies.
Crawling through the spider webs.
Monster bowling.
Wrapping up like mummies.
And, of course, attacking gma with the mummy toilet paper.
Hayden even got in on a little of the action.
Frosting their sugar cookies.
Playing with the dry ice we put in the root beer.
Spooky brew!!!!!
Carter painting pumpkins with cousins.
Back in Mesa, Kev's school threw a Halloween party for all the students. Carter loved getting his face painted (even though his face looks like it's saying otherwise).
Cool dragon!
Cousin Dane had a cute doggy face.
Hayden and Carter playing on the spider web.
Going for a ride on the cow train.
Dressing up with cousins.
Carving pumpkins for family home evening. Jack o' Lantern and Toothless from How To Train Your Dragon,
My little Caterpillar.
And Little Red Riding Hood.
Soooo excited about his candy haul.
Halloween was definitely a success!
