The End of Summer

Is it just me or did summer go by WAY too fast?  I hate it when that happens.  Well these past couple of weeks of summer have been full of plenty of fun and lucky for us we live in Arizona where it will continue to be warm and beautiful and we don't have anyone in school, so........I guess we'll continue to PLAY!

This is old news but I never posted it on my blog and since this is basically my journal I didn't want to just dismiss it.  Carter helped announce that we are having a baby, due January 10th.  We are BEYOND excited!!!!

A couple weeks later we found out it is a little girl.  It is so hard to even imagine what it will be like having a little girl in our family.  I'm definitely in "boy mode" with little Carter.  I can't wait for this new  adventure and starting all over with a new, sweet, little baby girl.

In other exciting news.  Two of my sisters got engaged within about 10 days.  I'm so so so so so happy for both of them and LOVE the guys they are marrying.  There is nothing better then when you get to add awesome new members to your family.  So, good job Angie and Heidi.  Love you both!
