Hello 2013!

I can't believe we're into another year.  2013!!!!  Holy smokes!  I must say, I'm really going to miss 2012.  It was a good year for us as we received the biggest blessing we could ever imagine.....Carter boy.  Carter has brought us so much happiness and totally changed my life for the better.  It hasn't been easy, that's for sure, but having a child definitely wakes you up to the reality that life is so much better when you spend your time and efforts helping someone else.
On that note, I am definitely looking forward to all the adventures that 2013 will bring!  We ended 2012 and brought in 2013 with a lot of fun.  Here's what we did.....

We went up to a cabin in Mt. Pleasant with cousins.  It was chilly!

There was so much snow we couldn't drive all the way up to the cabin, so we loaded up the snowmobiles with as many bodies as we could.

 It was a good workout.

My little brother Devin had his birthday Jan. 1st so for his birthday party we went to Hang Time (a trampoline place).

Kev had a little too much fun in the dodgeball arena.

Carter loved the kiddie area.

Then Kev went to the basketball courts and showed the 12 year olds how to really play basketball.

Kev thought it was ironic he got this fortune since this week they're starting the cardiology unit.

On our way back home!  We already miss our families.

But it's good to be HOME!
