Happy Birthday America

Hope you all had a fun 4th of July.  Kev, Carter and I had a great day with family.  Here's some of the stuff we got to do.

July 3rd we woke up early and went to see the hot air balloons.

Hailey and Jace loved it....even though it was super early in the morning.

On the 4th we woke up early and ran the Freedom Run 10k.

Clearly this is a picture of Ang and me BEFORE the race.....we weren't as smiley afterwards.

Later we went to the Colonial Days and learned what it was like living in the colonial times.  The kids played an older version of baseball.  As you can tell from the picture Kev was trying to beat out the little kids.....that's my man.  haha. (Ok, really he was trying to get the ball so that our nephew Mason could have a turn to bat... noble intentions)

Shay shay hula hooping with the wooden toy you're supposed to roll with a stick.

Jacey boy playing with the real swords.

Hailey was being naughty so we just threw her in the stocks.

Mason, Kev, Dev, Jace, and Hailey watching a man making clay pots.

That afternoon we went to a bbq at grandma and grandpa Sagers house.....Carter got a little tired.

In the evening we went to the MTC fields to watch the stadium of fire fireworks with both Kev and my family. It was a great day. We're so grateful for this amazing country we live in and all the freedoms we enjoy. Thank you to all those who served or are currently serving our country.
